Our Team
„There are people, who
are first intrigued by the „how“ of a new method, others are primarily interested
in the „why“ of the proceedings. We provide you with both of them.“
As markets and products change rapidly even values are in a flux. In order
to be up to ever higher expectations we actualise the claim to constantly
advance our style of training.
Our trainers recognize trends in the business environment of our customers
with regards to changes in this company‘s structure and its products.
Accordingly they adjust their training activities.
Michael
Our boss and the „Knight of Punctuality“ with a black and orange coat of arms
sporting a dunce cap, a Swiss clockwork and two red wine goblets fights his own
sporadic capriciousness with Mediterranean cuisine, skiing and his mountain bike.
He forever combats in a both entraining and motivating manner against the tardy
standardizers‘ horrible PowerPoint autism in the seminar arenas of this country.
Holger
Holger, our dependable and ever helpful master of figures, dates and facts in
„headquarters“ is building up his resistance against stress and bustle on network
gaming parties, skiing and biking with family and friends. Escalope with peas
and croquettes seduce him to sentences along the lines of „I am a happy man“.
Anja
Our courageous, open-minded and enthusiastic globetrotteress always looks forward
to a return to her mother‘s Thuringian cuisine. Memories of extreme experiences
like shark feeding and the occasional handshake with polar bears she relishes
with a martini in her hand. She draws her inspiration from sailing, skiing and
scuba diving. Humorous, straight, loyal and self-confident she is enrichment to
our team.
Gero
Gero, our highly rational devil's advocate is mostly hard to elate, but relentlessly
demands quick and correct implementation. His most creative insights he gets from
drawing and cooking. He favours the colours #666666 and #FFCC00 as orange and
dark grey leave to much room for interpretation. Emphatically he will listen to
you in several languages. Participants of his seminar quietly smile about his
ability to translate complicated and abstract issues into palpable and vivid pictures.
Henrik
Henrik, our creative, multi media diplomat delights in concerts, films, cinemas
and digs breakfast with tomato salad. On his typewrite he loves to champion „The
raison d‘être of red cabbage and dumplings in a world filled with drugs and ignorance“.
Although considering himself an entertainer, who views the art of denying as an
unproven scientific thesis, he valorously enters this terrain.
Klaudia
Skilled in both communication and assertiveness our Bavarian dame dances on her
journeys along the richly dished buffet of life. During a three-sixty betwixt
the grilled fish and the mousse au chocolate she occasionally falls prey to lavishing
the money. She underlines Mendeleev’s hypotheses of modesty as the root of all
vices with her interpretation: „I am simply good“.
Taskin
Our impatient cosmopolitan Taskin tickles his taste buds preferably with pizza,
but will not miss out on a rump steak or adana kebab either. Excess energy he
will canalise self-confidently and goal orientated in a table tennis match or
in a soccer game. He will not tolerate compromising on frankness, justice and
honesty, while he otherwise stresses his flexibility. His day is spoiled by an
empty stomach and persons, whose verbal communication disagrees with their non-verbal.
Thomas
Our confessing convertible-jockey loves to loosen up the serious appearance of
his black lacquered car by yellow and orange accents on his garments. Good music,
escallops, pasta and sweets, preferably nougat, are the wage for an arduous and
ever assiduous Thomas, who will professionally and dependably strive towards his
goals.
