Michael Grinder is known today as one of the best trainers worldwide and as one of the great innovators in the educational field and in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is a top expert in non-verbal communication and group dynamics.

Born in 1941, he studied theology and education. For more than 20 years he worked as a teacher at all types of schools, among them even those being considered to be the most difficult ones in the United States.

In the 1970’s he transferred the NLP which had been elaborated by his brother Dr. John Grinder and Richard Bandler to the educational field and applied this excellent modell of communication to his work as a teacher and later as a trainer and business advisor.

He is actually working as an associated professor at the Universities of Oregon and California. And as a top trainer he is giving courses on “non-verbal communication”, “presentation”, “group dynamics”, “management” and “business communication”.

He is working world-wide as a trainer and advisor for leading business enterprises.
